Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health issues and establish personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals.

• Create tailored therapeutic interventions, including both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver integrated treatment plans that address the full spectrum of clients' needs.

• Provide education and resources to clients' families to enhance the support systems and encourage active participation in their loved ones' recovery processes.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress, therapeutic interventions, and any relevant clinical information, ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.

Your work will involve a diverse population, including various age groups and backgrounds, addressing a wide range of mental health disorders. Clients may present with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
