Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings to accurately evaluate clients' conditions and establish personalized treatment plans that address their specific goals and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices tailored to client requirements.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate integrated care and ensure that clients have access to all necessary resources.

Qualifications\n
