This position involves working remotely, allowing for flexible scheduling and the convenience of telehealth services. Our team prioritizes collaboration, utilizing regular meetings and digital communication tools to ensure seamless coordination and support for both clients and staff. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, evaluating clients to develop tailored treatment approaches that cater to their unique mental health needs.

• Perform thorough assessments to accurately diagnose conditions and identify appropriate interventions.

• Maintain precise documentation of client interactions and progress notes in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, engaging in regular case reviews to modify treatment plans based on client progress and changing circumstances.

• Skillfully address urgent mental health concerns by employing effective crisis intervention techniques, ensuring client safety and welfare.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We serve diverse populations, including families and individuals across various demographics. You will be responsible for providing culturally competent care, recognizing the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client while adapting therapeutic approaches to best fit their needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• An active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical outpatient setting, providing mental health services.

• Strong proficiency in electronic health records and documentation systems to facilitate efficient and compliant record-keeping.

• Adept at working independently while managing a disciplined caseload, balancing client sessions and administrative duties effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
