Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' histories, concerns, and goals, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet their unique needs.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions that address a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to guide clients towards achieving their mental health objectives, ensuring a collaborative and client-centered approach throughout the process.

• Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records and documentation to track client progress and treatment outcomes effectively.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings, contributing insights and strategies for improving client care and program effectiveness.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and courses to stay updated on therapeutic best practices and trends in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling to individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly and effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to enhance the efficiency of client management and documentation.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.

• Experience providing therapy through telehealth platforms is highly valued, as we seek individuals comfortable with contemporary remote counseling methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
