Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to accurately evaluate mental health concerns, interests, and challenges, allowing for the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with clients in setting achievable therapeutic goals while regularly monitoring their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Provide accessible teletherapy options, ensuring that clients who may have mobility issues or prefer virtual sessions receive the necessary support.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation that adheres to ethical standards and regulatory requirements, including progress notes and treatment plans.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending trainings and workshops to stay updated with the latest mental health practices and advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse range of clients who are seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and crisis situations. Our emphasis on suicide prevention further enhances the significance of this role, as you will be equipped to provide critical interventions and support when clients are encountering their most challenging moments.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a relevant field is mandatory.

• Must hold an active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Demonstrated experience in providing independent therapy services without supervision.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by a compassionate approach toward client interactions.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
