Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct engaging and supportive group therapy sessions designed to foster connection among clients, enabling them to share and learn from each other's experiences in a safe and nurturing environment.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapy sessions that delve into clients' unique thoughts and feelings, helping them articulate their concerns and develop effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to craft individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their specific mental health needs, preferences, and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track and evaluate clients’ progress, ensuring that treatment plans remain responsive and effective.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate care and consult on complex cases to optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is young adults aged 18 to 30, participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Many of our clients face significant mental and emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. As an LPC, your role will be crucial in guiding these individuals through their therapeutic journeys, inspiring hope and resilience in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree: You should possess a master’s degree in a relevant field such as counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy.

• Licensure: A current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
