Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluate clients to develop individualized therapy plans that reflect their unique experiences and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing a range of methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, groups, and families, focusing on treatment goals and building resilience.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and data integrity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults seeking support for various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Many of the individuals and families we serve face barriers to accessing quality mental health care. Your role will be essential in providing them with the necessary tools and support to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Arizona is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating your ability to apply therapeutic techniques effectively.

• Expertise in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse issues will be highly valued.
