Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct effective therapy sessions with a focus on maintaining strict confidentiality and privacy standards for all clients.

• Track and evaluate client progress, making timely adjustments to treatment plans in response to client needs and feedback.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, including making referrals to other specialists when necessary.

• Lead individual counseling sessions, particularly tailored toward women aged 35-55, addressing key issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management.

• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique goals and needs, leveraging therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets women aged 35-55, a demographic that often faces unique mental health challenges, including midlife transitions and stress. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or related field is mandatory.

• An active LPC license in the state of Oregon is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
