Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and groups using a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused techniques.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for all clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including attending workshops and training sessions, to stay current on best practices and advances in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling services are aimed at individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges and barriers to accessing care. The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with diverse clientele, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical environment is essential.

• A strong grasp of legal and ethical standards within the mental health field is imperative.

• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
