Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health status of clients, utilizing a client-centered approach.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, using various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet each client's needs.

• Provide necessary referrals to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, to ensure holistic care.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients, offering ongoing support and resources to aid them in overcoming their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Profound knowledge of various mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and best practices in therapy.

• Strong crisis intervention skills along with the ability to maintain composure in emotionally charged situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
