Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's unique trauma history, which informs tailored treatment plans.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and foster resilience, adjusting the approach as needed based on patient progress.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to aid in client healing.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients in processing their trauma experiences and developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary team members to provide integrated and holistic care for each patient.

• Respond to trauma-related emergencies with immediate crisis intervention support, addressing acute needs promptly and effectively.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, empowering them with tools and resources suited for their recovery.

• Maintain meticulous records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical documentation standards while respecting client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually.
