Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to devise individualized therapy strategies for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, tailoring each approach to meet the unique needs of your clients.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant clinical records, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Engage in regular participation in workshops and training sessions to stay current on best practices and innovations within the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
