Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored therapy strategies that meet their unique needs.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care and improve client outcomes.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain updated on current mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The licensed professional counselor will primarily work with individuals and families in the Lakewood area who may experience barriers to accessing mental health services. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
