Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to develop individualized treatment plans and therapeutic strategies that align with each client’s unique needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, as well as deliver one-on-one counseling to families, couples, and individuals utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to achieve optimal client outcomes.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care, regularly participating in case reviews and treatment planning discussions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans to support effective billing processes and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Provide support and guidance to clients dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families with limited access to mental health care. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
