Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide telehealth counseling sessions to a diverse clientele, including assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations.

• Engage with clients through various platforms, utilizing video conferencing tools effectively to facilitate therapeutic conversations.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, continually monitoring and adjusting them as necessary.

• Document session notes and client progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, medical providers, and community resources to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.

• Offer referrals to specialized services when necessary, utilizing clinical judgment to enhance client support.

• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries while fostering a supportive relationship with clients and colleagues.

• Participate in regular supervision and consultation meetings to continually refine counseling skills and strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other psychological concerns. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrable ability to foster collaborative relationships with clients and other professionals in the mental health field.

• Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities, assessment tools, and evidenced-based practices.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, crucial for conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
