Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to create tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidenced-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions, through individual, family, and group modalities.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care, actively participating in team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and training to remain informed of the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on adolescents facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will work closely with young clients as well as their families to provide them with the necessary tools and support to navigate their mental health journeys. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted Oregon licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Solid understanding of legal and ethical considerations in mental health care.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, fostering trust and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Experience working collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Proficiency in EMR software and familiar with utilizing technology in therapeutic settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use treatment, trauma-informed care, or similar areas is highly desirable.

• Prior experience working with adolescents and their families in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
