Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring a thorough evaluation of their mental health status.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training, keeping abreast of advancements in mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, with a preference for those having worked in clinical settings.

• Strong foundational knowledge of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• An attractive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
