The position is entirely remote, allowing flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with clients through a well-established telehealth platform. Our outpatient office operates using advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline client documentation, therapy notes, and scheduling, ensuring that you can focus on what matters most: providing high-quality care to your patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status, including the development of treatment plans that reflect their unique needs.

• Engage in regular therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, to support clients in their personal healing journeys.
\n
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to guide practice, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, tailored to individual client needs.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, including making referrals to psychiatrists or other specialists when necessary.

• Document and maintain accurate records of patient interactions in line with ethical standards and HIPAA regulations.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment and actively participate in regular team meetings for case discussions and peer supervision.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will cater to a diverse population, requiring a culturally sensitive and inclusive approach to treatment. Your adaptability and understanding of cultural competencies will be invaluable in building rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• At least four years of relevant clinical experience in a counseling or therapy setting, demonstrating a strong track record of positive outcomes.

• Proficient understanding of a broad spectrum of mental health disorders and the most current evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Ability to deliver individual and group therapy in a culturally responsive manner, ensuring inclusivity in treatment practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
