Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the needs of each patient and create individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific conditions.

• Implement established therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to provide effective and compassionate care to clients.

• Lead psychoeducational groups to encourage community support among patients dealing with similar challenges.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary staff to ensure comprehensive treatment approaches align with patients' needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
