Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to effectively identify clients’ mental health needs, creating individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions leveraging evidence-based therapeutic modalities suited to client needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and case managers, to promote comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Educate and empower clients’ families, enhancing their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Document all client interactions in an organized, accurate, and confidential manner, adhering to relevant regulatory and ethical standards, such as HIPAA.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Strong foundation in mental health counseling principles, demonstrated through formal training or significant hands-on experience.

• Exceptional skills in building therapeutic relationships and facilitating growth and change in clients.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to foster collaboration within the treatment team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth counseling or remote therapy engagement is advantageous, along with familiarity with digital health tools and patient management systems.
