Work Environment\n

This position offers a 100% remote telehealth work environment, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from your home office. You will be provided with the necessary tools and technologies, including access to Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and secure video conferencing platforms, to facilitate effective virtual care. We prioritize work-life balance, enabling you to manage your schedule with flexible hours from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., meaning you can focus on delivering optimal patient care without the pressures of on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly, evidence-based therapeutic interventions via live video sessions for individual adult clients.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals and psychiatric providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to adjust and optimize treatment strategies effectively.

• Monitor client progress and conduct regular follow-ups, ensuring ongoing support and guidance as they navigate their mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients who are seeking support for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our approach emphasizes understanding each patient’s unique experiences and equipping them with the tools they need for self-discovery and healing. By creating a safe, trusting environment, you will facilitate open conversations that encourage clients to express their thoughts and feelings candidly.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting, preferably through telehealth platforms.
