Key Responsibilities\n

• Oversee and manage clinical care for a diverse patient population, ensuring high standards of practice.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet each client's needs.

• Carry out thorough assessments to inform treatment plans and document progress comprehensively through detailed treatment logs.

• Manage a caseload of clients who present with various psychological needs, requiring adaptability and expertise in clinical skills.

• Utilize advanced assessment techniques to evaluate patients and their families for potential psychological interventions, collaborating effectively to create actionable resolution plans.

• Respond to crisis situations with clinical acumen, providing immediate therapeutic interventions as necessary.

• Develop personalized counseling services that can include individual, couples, or family therapy, ensuring that all interventions address the specific concerns of clients.

• Assess the psychological needs within the primary care unit to create effective plans, conducting follow-up evaluations to monitor progress and adapt approaches as required.

• Implement mental health evaluations, integrating them into the overall treatment structure.

• Prepare and update strategy outlines, progress summaries, and revisions in response to client needs, along with providing educational and supportive programs for patients and families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including those facing mental health challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral issues. Your role will require building rapport and trust with diverse populations, ensuring that all services are culturally competent and sensitive to individual circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical setting is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
