Work Environment\n

This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in a completely remote setting. As a team member working in a telehealth facility, you will engage with clients through secure video conferencing tools, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of mental health professionals dedicated to providing comprehensive care, sharpening your skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs, establish baseline metrics, and facilitate appropriate linkages to community-based mental health and social services.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation regarding patient medical and psychological histories, assessment results, diagnoses, treatment plans, and therapeutic outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, offering resources and coping strategies for managing psychosocial stressors.

• Engage actively in case management, collaborating with healthcare providers and related professionals to optimize treatment plans and support systems.

• Navigate crisis situations effectively, employing evidence-based methodologies in the fields of substance abuse, trauma, and family dysfunction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele that includes individuals coping with mental health conditions, trauma, addiction, and domestic violence. Emphasizing a trauma-informed care approach, your role will involve understanding the unique challenges faced by each client, enabling you to provide empathetic and effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in Oregon.

• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health counseling and support to a variety of demographic groups.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience delivering telehealth services or remote counseling.

• Familiarity with community resources to assist clients in accessing additional support services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
