Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments remotely to evaluate client needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups across various age ranges and backgrounds.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique challenges and aspirations of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Currently licensed to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted; all candidates must have full licensure and a clean disciplinary history.

• Proficient use of technology within clinical practice – comfortable with telehealth software and EHR systems.

• Ability to make informed clinical assessments and recommendations; exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy are essential for client engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Attractive annual salary range of $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
