Your daily schedule will typically span Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the needs of your patients. Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Oregon.

• A profound understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

• Experience delivering individual and group therapy through culturally responsive and inclusive techniques.

• Strong crisis intervention abilities, coupled with the capacity to remain composed in high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
