Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct daily therapy sessions for clients, focusing on their unique mental health needs and challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and maintain comprehensive treatment plans that address their concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.

• Supervise therapeutic activities for clients, ensuring they are engaging effectively with the prescribed interventions.

• Create, maintain, and monitor accurate intake records and treatment documentation to track client progress and outcomes.

• Lead both group and individual counseling sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment for client expression and healing.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant ethical, legal, and professional counseling guidelines in your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including youth and adults struggling with various mental health issues. This may involve conditions such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and substance use disorders. Your ability to connect and empathize with clients from different backgrounds will be essential in facilitating their recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required, along with active LPC licensure.

• A minimum of five years of experience practicing as a Licensed Professional Counselor, including supervised practice.

• Deep understanding of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders as well as the ability to formulate effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and sustain trusting relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in trauma-informed care approaches or specialized therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional to this, successful candidates may qualify for a sign-on bonus.
