Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy through virtual sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, goals, and circumstances, providing tailored strategies that promote mental and emotional recovery.

• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, assessing risk factors and implementing safety plans to ensure their well-being.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records in compliance with both state and federal guidelines, utilizing electronic health record systems as needed.

• Engage in teamwork through collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate coordinated care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
