Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve an array of clients, including individuals and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties. Our client base spans various demographics and backgrounds, allowing you to apply culturally competent care and adapt your therapeutic techniques to a wide range of needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in the state of Oregon as either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or eligibility for licensure.

• Proven experience in providing counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, with a focus on building rapport and therapeutic alliances.

• Strong interpersonal skills that enable effective communication with diverse client populations, enhancing engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

• A commitment to cultural competence and the delivery of affirming care to individuals from all backgrounds, ensuring equitable treatment.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, crucial for documentation and collaborative patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Previous work within community health clinics or similar settings, providing mental health services to underserved populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
