This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to manage your own schedule while maintaining the core responsibilities of the role. Our team operates primarily in the outpatient office model, providing therapeutic services to individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via virtual platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, keeping their goals and preferences at the forefront of the therapeutic process.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and identifying next steps for ongoing support.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations, allowing for proper tracking of progress and treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and enhance treatment efficacy.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed on the latest research and best practices in psychotherapy and counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Your work will focus on addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma recovery. You will engage clients from varying cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds and will be expected to practice cultural competence to deliver affirming and relevant care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Oregon as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or eligibility for such licensure.

• Proven experience in conducting therapy sessions with individuals and groups, showcasing effective therapeutic skills.

• Strong interpersonal abilities to foster rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and empathy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
