Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using virtual platforms, implementing evidence-based therapies to support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues.

• Develop personalized and measurable treatment plans in collaboration with clients, emphasizing their unique strengths and goals for recovery.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, employing strategies to ensure their safety and immediate support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client sessions in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, participating in case consultations to enhance holistic client care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon, or eligibility for licensure.

• Proven experience providing direct clinical services to a variety of clients, employing various therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with clients of diverse backgrounds.

• Commitment to cultural competence and providing affirming care to all individuals.
