Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via video chat to support clients in improving their mental health.

• Acting as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining personal goals and developing actionable treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a client base of screened individuals characterized as stable adults with low-acuity mental health issues. This strategic focus means you will not be handling clients with severe mental health challenges, allowing for a more manageable and constructive counseling experience. Each client will be matched according to your specialties and preferred demographics, ensuring a rewarding therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Be fully licensed and in good standing with the state board, allowing for independent practice without supervision. Acceptable licenses include: \n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on hours worked and your level of experience. Benefits include:
