Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for patients and families, identifying social, emotional, and physical needs to create tailored treatment plans.

• Provide counseling services, including crisis intervention and support for grief and adjustment issues, to empower patients and their families.

• Deliver psychoeducation regarding the implications of diagnoses, treatment options, and transitional phases in care, ensuring families are well-equipped for changes in care dynamics.

• Participate in quality assurance initiatives aimed at improving social work services, contributing to policy and procedural development that enhances service delivery.

• Perform mental health diagnoses as part of comprehensive treatment strategies when needed.

• Oversee clinical supervision for Master’s level social work students and interns, providing guidance and fostering professional development.

Qualifications\n
