Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health, utilizing diagnostic tools to identify concerns and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), adapting your approach to each client’s specific needs.

• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face challenges attending in-person sessions or prefer virtual engagements.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, aligning with ethical and regulatory standards to ensure compliance and confidentiality.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education opportunities, workshops, and peer consultations to remain informed about emerging practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily includes adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitional life issues. As a therapist, you will work closely with these clients, offering compassionate support and evidence-based strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and technology, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
