Your typical work hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a work-life balance that suits your needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapy sessions in a virtual environment, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Perform thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans that address clients' specific therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and nurses, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring continuity in treatment.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation to comply with health regulations, encompassing progress notes, treatment progress, and discharge summaries.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and peer consultations to enhance your therapeutic skills and clinical knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting a diverse client base grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By employing a person-centered approach, you will help clients navigate their emotions, set achievable goals, and develop effective coping strategies that promote resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An active California license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating your proficiency in therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop rapport with clients, while maintaining professional boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 , commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
