Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Tilden Behavioral Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Formulating personalized treatment plans based on a comprehensive evaluation of clients' needs, issues, and treatment goals.

• Facilitating couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, conflict resolution, and emotional connection.

• Regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure their evolving needs are met effectively.

• Keeping accurate and timely records of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment developments.

• Engaging with interdisciplinary teams and healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active professional license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is required.
