This position offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you to perform your vital duties from the comfort of your home while utilizing telehealth technology. Your work hours will be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM PST, promoting a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand each client's unique history, needs, and goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline actionable steps and goals tailored to the individual's circumstances.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on specific mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure each client receives coordinated and holistic care.

• Engage in regular professional development to stay updated on the latest research and evidence-based practices in the mental health field.

• Contribute actively to team meetings and discussions, offering insights and suggestions for improving clinical services and enhancing patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse group of clients, including adolescents and adults dealing with various emotional and psychological issues. The therapeutic approach you will employ emphasizes empowerment, resilience, and the development of effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state license/certification (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required to practice.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in providing counseling and mental health support, demonstrating an understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to provide empathetic, responsive care to clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with electronic medical records systems is highly desirable, enhancing the efficiency of client management and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
