Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, enabling counselors to connect with patients from the comfort of their own environments across the United States. While you’ll work independently in your home office, you will not be isolated; our supportive network of clinical supervisors and fellow counselors fosters a collaborative atmosphere. You will have the opportunity to participate in regular meetings and virtual Town Halls that keep our team engaged and informed. As a member of our outpatient office team, your contributions will directly influence the mental well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions as part of an 8-week structured, evidence-based program designed for mental health improvement.

• Monitor and track participant progress, ensuring all session notes are meticulously documented for compliance and quality assurance.
\n
• Assist patients by providing resources, answering queries, and facilitating their access to additional mental health support as needed.
\n
• Respond proactively to high-risk situations by identifying participants with enhanced safety concerns, following established protocols to ensure their well-being.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training by participating in scheduled meetings with supervisors and peers, sharing best practices to enhance the quality of care.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in alignment with HIPAA regulations and undergo annual compliance training.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients we serve come from diverse backgrounds and are navigating various mental health challenges. As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with individuals seeking support in areas such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. You will have the chance to make a profound impact on their lives by employing well-established therapeutic practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is also acceptable.

• Ability and willingness to maintain a consistent work schedule to effectively support patients.

• Demonstrable clinical experience with psychotherapeutic methodologies, focusing on evidence-based treatment outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience and hours worked. Additionally, counselers are entitled to a monthly healthcare stipend, which assists in managing personal health insurance costs. We ensure timely weekly direct deposit for your convenience.
