This position is primarily remote, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your home while having access to necessary resources and support. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet specific client needs.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and diagnostics to address acute and chronic mental health issues.

• Conduct regular clinical evaluations and prepare detailed documentation, including intake summaries and progress notes, while adhering to NCQA standards and maintaining client confidentiality.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops aimed at empowering clients and their families with skills and knowledge to improve mental health outcomes.

• Utilize community resources effectively, providing referrals to external support services when necessary to enhance client care.
\n
• Participate in team conferences, contributing insights for program development and evaluating treatment efficacy collaboratively.
\n
• Assist in supervising post-master’s fellows and associate-level practitioners within the scope of your licensure and experience.
\n
• Report any safety concerns to the appropriate authorities in accordance with mandatory reporting regulations.

• Maintain a minimal paperwork load by utilizing efficient digital record-keeping systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily focus on providing care to adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited institution is a prerequisite for consideration.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is essential.

• Strong ability to perform services in compliance with department policies as well as local, state, and federal regulations regarding mental health care.
