Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one telehealth sessions to offer professional mental health counseling for clients facing various emotional difficulties.

• Address sub-clinical and day-to-day challenges, including work-related stress, procrastination, and achieving work-life balance.

• Assist clients in setting and achieving personal and professional goals, fostering positive relationships, and enhancing overall life satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to enhance our service offerings and improve program efficacy, while sharing insights gained from client interactions.

• Document client interactions accurately using electronic medical record systems, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.

Your clients will range from individuals experiencing temporary life stressors to those seeking longer-term behavioral change. By utilizing telehealth approaches, you will have the capacity to reach clients who may be geographically or socially isolated, thus playing an essential role in their journey toward health and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Possession of an active and relevant license in your respective state – either LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of documented experience working with individuals dealing with emotional or psychological challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to establish rapport quickly, fostering a trusting environment for clients.

• Comfortable conversing over virtual platforms, demonstrating effective communication through digital modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is highly competitive, with a yearly salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, influenced by your experience and hours worked.
