Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and support them in developing individualized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and families facing various challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will be instrumental in promoting resilient mental health practices among vulnerable populations, such as those in low-income situations or those experiencing social isolation. Your ability to connect and develop rapport with clients will play a major role in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a valid California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of experience providing direct mental health counseling to clients.

• Strong understanding of mental health theories, research, and techniques, as well as knowledge of interview methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
