Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist with Serene Paths Psychotherapy, you will predominantly work with clients dealing with a variety of challenges, including, but not limited to, substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our diverse client base reflects the complex spectrum of mental health experiences, and you will play a crucial role in cultivating an environment of understanding, support, and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related mental health field.

• A current, valid license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Ability to fulfill pre-employment conditions, including tuberculosis screening, background checks, drug screening, and reference checks, with ongoing compliance during employment as per organizational policy.
