Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized mental health services through telehealth, employing video conferencing and phone consultations to connect with clients.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and create tailored therapy plans for clients in response to their specific needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions including individual, group, and, where appropriate, family therapy sessions.
\n
• Document and maintain precise and timely records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in regular supervision and continuing education to ensure treatment practices are up-to-date and effective.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and community organizations, to provide coordinated care for clients.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health requirements, offering referrals to additional services or resources as needed to support their recovery journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health disorders, spanning from anxiety and depression to complex co-occurring disorders and substance use issues. You will work closely with adolescents and their families, providing crucial services that support their mental health and well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling (LPCC), Social Work (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
