Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and utilize standardized screening tools to evaluate client needs.

• Gather relevant data to make informed diagnoses, including understanding mental status, functional impairments, and patient histories related to behavioral health, substance use, and trauma.

• Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment plans that specifically address their mental health symptoms and challenges, leveraging best practices.

• Deliver culturally competent care while employing trauma-informed methodologies during psychotherapy sessions.

• Facilitate referrals to community resources, assisting clients in prioritizing their needs and navigating the support systems available to them.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your approach will be critical in helping clients manage symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active license in California (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) is essential for this role.

• Proven skills in crisis counseling with at least two years of experience working in an outpatient setting focused on mental health therapy.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities coupled with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
