Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of both adult and adolescent clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual treatment plans, effectively diagnosing and providing treatment for various mental health disorders.

You will primarily work with a varied clientele, including adults and adolescents navigating mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license in the state of California.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required; however, candidates with a Master's or Doctoral degree are strongly preferred.

• Proven experience in establishing strong therapeutic relationships with clients, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
