Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in where and when you provide care. You will engage with clients through secure online video conferencing, eliminating commute times and allowing you to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection. Our remote work environment is designed to foster collaboration and support among team members while promoting work-life balance. You will have full autonomy in managing your schedule, with the ability to choose your hours from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other methodologies suited to the client’s specific circumstances.

• Document session notes and progress updates accurately and promptly to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mental health best practices, utilizing ongoing training and consultation opportunities offered by the organization.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss case management and share insights with fellow therapists.

• Engage in outreach and community engagement activities to promote mental health awareness and the services our clinic offers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your ability to form trusting relationships and provide compassionate, individualized care will be paramount in facilitating their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active clinical license in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent).
\n
• A clear record with no disciplinary actions from a licensing board in any jurisdiction.

• Strong written communication skills essential for comprehensive documentation of therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy, preferably to adult populations.

• Demonstrable experience in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
