Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide one-on-one telehealth counseling sessions to clients, addressing their mental health needs through various therapeutic approaches.

• Utilize structured therapeutic methods to assist clients in addressing sub-clinical challenges such as stress management, work-life balance, and procrastination.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of an active state license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor, specifically as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of experience working with individuals experiencing emotional or psychological challenges.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish a rapport quickly in a virtual setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 52,000 and 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
