This role will primarily operate within a remote outpatient office structure, aligned with the needs of our clients and their families. While the majority of therapy sessions may be delivered virtually, you will also have opportunities to meet clients face-to-face in our comfortable and welcoming office environment in Beaverton. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health issues and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure a holistic and cohesive approach to client care.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients in immediate distress, ensuring a safe and effective therapeutic environment.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational efforts aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health conditions.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license is required, such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) . A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is also acceptable.

• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A strong sense of cultural competence to address the needs of various populations respectfully and insightfully.

• Robust organizational skills that ensure timely and accurate documentation of sessions and treatments.

Preferred Experience\n

• A background in community mental health settings, with experience working with clients facing acute and chronic mental health issues.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain client records efficiently.

• Previous experience in therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
