Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans, adapting evidence-based practices to meet client needs.

• Complete all necessary documentation promptly and in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that clinical records are accurate and up to date.

• Utilize screening tools and methodologies as part of the clinical team to monitor and enhance patient progress.

• Facilitate open communication with local and state agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders to coordinate care and resources effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and other learning opportunities—this includes potentially gaining licensure in Massachusetts if coming from another state.

• Participate actively in all licensing processes and maintain awareness of accreditation standards to ensure compliance.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and support shared goals within the organization.
