Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing licensed mental health professionals the flexibility to connect with clients from anywhere while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, with hours spanning 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. While standard hours apply, some flexibility may be required to meet patient needs, ensuring accessible care for all clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that respect and reflect the unique cultural backgrounds of patients to inform and establish personalized treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual and group needs, focusing on the promotion of resilience and mental well-being.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe and supportive space for sharing and healing.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to assure continuity of care across disciplines.

• Be available for crisis intervention, offering immediate support and guidance during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and collaborate comprehensively to build awareness of therapeutic options and community resources.

• Maintain up-to-date and ethical documentation via electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal standards.

• Engage in regular case conferences and contribute to team meetings to discuss ongoing care, participate in cultural competency training, and share insights from current research.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited university.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• Proven knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic interventions, and best practices regarding treatment methods.

• Strong skills in crisis intervention, demonstrating the ability to maintain composure and provide effective support in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building rapport and trust with diverse clientele.

• Experience with electronic health record systems and proficient in standard office software applications.

• A strong adherence to maintaining professional ethics, confidentiality, and boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n
