Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status during initial consultations, collecting comprehensive histories and understanding presenting concerns.

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs, employing various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Engage in regular follow-up sessions to monitor client progress, providing them with practical tools and coping mechanisms to effectively navigate their challenges.

• Refer clients to additional specialists, such as psychiatrists or group therapy programs, when necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to their health.

You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges and strengths. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field is required.

• Possession of a valid state counseling license is necessary to practice as an LPC in Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
